Great to see how your papercutting is developing. This one’s my favourite. I like how its become 3D. I’ve just had a look at your Etsy store. Will it just be new work that you are selling now? I love the idea of a woman enveloping all this natural material and that her substance changes shape. WOW Reply robyn on October 11, 2008 at 6:30 am Elsita, you are a genius! I love, love, love your papercuts! I’m thinking Frida Kahlo here. Reply kim on October 17, 2008 at 2:17 pm that is incredible! Your pieces are amazing on so many levels, thank you for so much deep beauty 🙂 Reply Rene on April 18, 2012 at 9:08 pm I also come from a small island where the most inmprtaot edition of the week is the Sunday edition, with extra sections, magazine inserts etc. The idea being that one has a nice relaxing day to sit and plough through all sorts of interesting stories in the paper. This idea is great, but relies on quality content in the first place, something, unfortunately, that’s somewhat lacking in all Canadian papers. The only paper that really compares to those small-island Sunday editions in the New York Times. Reply Submit a Comment Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
