↑ Here is a little a trick: Whenever you're feeling stressed out, listen to the sound of the rain. It will help your my mind calm down. I recommend that you try this not only when under stress but whenever you need to relax and spend some special time with yourself. Your brain will appreciate it.
I created the word ART below for The Art is a Way Project. It was inspired by the sound of the rain. The material is paper (cut, embossed and glued on a white background).





I like this video in particular because it lasts 10 minutes. Exactly the time that I need for a break when I’m in the middle of a project. This video is bookmarked on my computer, so I can easily find it and enjoy it. I do it almost daily
